At Community Fellowship Church, we believe in the importance of accountability as well as providing individuals with the opportunity to grow and learn from their experiences. Leading groups can be challenging but also very rewarding; thus, to ensure a group community is adhering to biblical principles, we implement Peer Group Leaders. These individuals are tasked with serving as mentors to fellow group leaders, providing them with encouragement, correction, and guidance. In times of conflict and in times of joy, group leaders are encouraged to seek the wisdom of their peer advisor(s) to better serve the individuals they are shepherding.
As a veteran leader, Josh Vaughn has had years of experience with groups, so he gives guidance on how to foster commitment and ensure members are truly ready to be invested.
